Services division

Skill offers to public bodies and private companies its capacity to manage all non-core activities: hygiene services, system maintenance, logistics, ancillary services, pest control and care for green areas.

The Private & Public Services division focuses on the real estate assets of its own clients with a liability for outcome. It deals with offices, branch networks, means of public transportation and transit stations, public buildings, prestigious buildings, theatres and museums, real estate and corporate headquarters, taking care of these spaces and of their state of conservation and seeing to all activities related to the maintenance of the buildings and the wellbeing of those who live there.

Skill does not only offer services, but also flexible and customized solutions, studied in a partnership with the client, who can thus entrust to a single qualified entity a wide range of services, with a view to integration and a global service, or simply outsource a single tailor-made activity.

Starting from an analysis of the spaces, their texture, and the requests of the client, and thanks to our manifold experience acquired in the service sector, Skill creates management models that consider the needs of all the users and sets up the most appropriate interventions to maintain and improve the technical characteristics and functionality of the spaces.

Always very attentive to environmental issues, Skill carefully plans every aspect of its service, from the overall management to the responsibilities relating to control, logistics and performance in order to limit to a minimum the impact deriving from CO2 emissions and from substances toxic to the environment and organisms.
Through periodically commissioned audits in compliance with the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications, it furthermore assesses the proper implementation of its own environmental and quality management systems, analysing onsite both responsiveness of the intervention to the stated needs, and the nexus of all the processes involved.

Skill’s organisational structure, which is OHSAS 18001 certified, thoroughly and systematically manages workers’ safety, using training and prevention as privileged instruments for eliminating risks on the workplace.
