Skill’s technical and maintenance division carries out scheduled and preventive maintenance of MV and LV electrical systems, anti-burglar systems, mechanical systems, lifts, water and sanitation systems, water treatment systems, data and sound transmission systems, photovoltaic systems. We perform energy benchmarking analysis in order to assess opportunities for improvement and quantify potential savings.
In addition, we offer an emergency service and a computerized contact centre able to organize an urgent intervention for unforeseen problems or emergencies.
