The combination between economics and solidarity turns work into an instrument for enhancing individual abilities.

Among the core principles of Skill’s philosophy, is the need to integrate its own business activities with the respect for and safeguarding of the interests of all individuals with whom it works, and the conscious development of the territory and its businesses. For this reason it creates collaboration agreements with local operators who are carefully selected, enhancing and growing the business fabric wherever it is active.

Its commitment is made concrete also through its membership in the Triveneto Corporate Multiservices Cooperative consortium (Triveneta Multiservizi Società Cooperativa Sociale), which it also supports with its own technical and logistical structures.

The aim is to create pathways of social inclusion through work activities, by defining highly qualifying insertion projects, and by cooperating actively with local bodies for the socioeconomic development of the communities.
